angel hair pasta lightly grilled until golden then steamed over lamb stock- topping: fried almonds, pine nuts, cashews and pistachios.
2. abraak
grape leaves stuffed with rice, vegetables, and lamb meat mixed with libyan spices.
3. tajin mahshi
stuffed tomato, pepper and potato with minced lamb, rice, parsley, cilantro, tomatoes and green onions.
4. roz bil khalta
white rice cooked in homemade broth and topped with mixed nuts.
5. mahshi malfouf
cabbage stuffed with rice, vegetables, and lamb meat.
6. chicken kabsa
chicken and basmati rice cooked in a beautiful spice mix topped with raisins & roasted nuts.
7. fatteh al betanjan
toasted pita topped with fried eggplants, a special yogurt sauce, red tomato pomegranate molasses and roasted pine nuts and cilantro - optional: add beef köfte.
8. libyan couscous
couscous is steamed and served with lamb meat and root vegetables, raisins, chickpeas and onions in a tomato-based broth.

1. homemade hummus
crushed garbanzo with sesame oil (Tahini), lemon juice and garlic.
2. tershi
a libyan spicy pumpkin dip.
3. baba ganoush
roasted & smoked eggplant mixed with garlic, onions, tomatoes, parsley , tahini sauce, lemon juice.
4. fattoush salad
sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, parsley, fresh mint, spices, and toasted Pita bread in a citrusy dressing.
5. Imsayir
a spicy libyan sauce with pickled cauliflower, carrots, cucumber, and jalapeno.
6. tabouli
chopped parsley, chopped mint, cracked wheat, tomatoes, onions, lemon juice and olive oil.
7. mutabbal
roasted eggplant, mixed with garlic, sesame oil, and lemon juice.
8. labneh bil khyar
greek yogurt, cocktail cucumbers and garlic topped with dried mint.
9. arugula salad
thin sliced cucumbers ,tomatoes and arugula mixed with a citrusy dressing.
10. mutabbal al-shmander (beet dip)
beets, garlic, lemon and tahini sauce.
11. muhammara
spicy dip with crushed walnuts, red pepper paste and pomegranate.
12. ful mudammas
fava beans, olive oil, onion, garlic, and cumin garnished with diced tomatoes and fresh chopped cilantro.

a filling tomato-based stew made with cannellini beans, lamb meat.

lamb meat, chickpeas and orzo in a tomato-based broth finished with dried mint.
3. sharbit adas (lentil soup)
a hearty lentil soup flavored with garlic, paprika, and cumin.
4. harira
moroccan soup made of lamb meat, celery, chickpeas, tomatoes and finished with cilantro and parsley.
5. chicken freekeh soup
a young & green wheat cooked in a chicken broth and combined with onions, celery and carrots.

1. fatayer sabanekh
spinach, onion, sumac, spices in homemade dough.
2. musakhan roll
roasted chicken mixed with olive oil, sumac and onion rolled in yufka pastry then tossed in the oven until golden crisp.
